Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship across the USA and now, Canada! We're dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring our customers in both territories receive their orders promptly and reliably.

How long does shipping take?

Turnaround times may vary per collection (and order!) However, we aim to fulfill all orders within 4-7 business days. Holidays are not included in order TATs.

Though we cannot guarantee shipping times once a package leaves our hands, you will receive detailed tracking information upon order fulfillment (either to track your shipment via USPS or UPS). The longest time we have seen for an order to actually be delivered (thus far) is 8 business days!

Please note: Turnaround time for customs, Wrangler® and Montana West® accessories (purses, backpacks, wallets, etc.) may take longer (approximately 14-18 business days.)

Please also note: We are not responsible for stolen/damaged or lost packages. Once your package leaves our hands, you will need to work with the shipping provider (either USPS or UPS) to track down your order. We are more than happy to help you escalate the situation in any way we can (we are on YOUR side!), but PLEASE understand that our small business is not (and cannot be) liable for missing/stolen/damaged packages. If you ever have an issue with your order being delivered damaged/items are missing, or it was just simply not delivered, do NOT hesitate to reach out to our team. We will do our best to support you as you work with the shipping provider to find a solution!

How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Simply click on the tracking link provided in the email to keep an eye on your package's journey right to your doorstep. If you have any questions or need further assistance with tracking your order, don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Returns

How do I return an item?

Please refer to our return & exchange policy for more information on returns, exchanges, refunds, etc.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. Please be patient, we ain't scammin' ya!

Can I exchange for a different item?

Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sagebrush Style Co. purchase. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, simply contact our customer support team, and they'll be happy to assist you with the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase receipt. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a refund. We're here to ensure you find the perfect piece that reflects your unique style and fits you just right!
