Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We're dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers within the U.S., ensuring that they receive their orders promptly and reliably. If you're located outside the U.S., we apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Turnaround time varies per collection (and order!) However, we aim to fulfill all orders within 4-7 business days.
Please note: Turnaround time for Wrangler® and Montana West® accessories (purses, backpacks, wallets, etc.) may take longer (approximately 14-18 business days.)

How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Simply click on the tracking link provided in the email to keep an eye on your package's journey right to your doorstep. Returns
How do I return an item?
Please refer to our return & exchange policy for more information on returns, exchanges, refunds, etc.
How long does it take to process my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange for a different item?
Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sagebrush Style Co. purchase. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, simply contact our customer support team, and they'll be happy to assist you with the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase receipt. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a refund.
